Privacy notice

This notice explains how Platform Pulse Hub (“we”) handles personal information when you use https://platform-pulsehub.digital, write to us, or instruct an engagement. It should be read with the cookie notice.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the engagement you selected, optional app name and freeze window, and the message. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to tell us. From engagements: names and work emails of the people we interview, and the business content of packs, properties, and builds you grant access to. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card details, or health information on this site.

Server logs on the host that serves this static site may include IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We do not operate a separate analytics product on first visit. If you accept optional cookies, see the cookie notice for what that means.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, to scope and deliver a review, to invoice, and to keep records we may need under Malaysian law. The lawful bases we rely on are steps at your request before a contract, performance of the engagement, our legitimate interest in running a small practice, and legal obligation where accounts must be kept.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become an engagement are kept up to eighteen months, then deleted from our mailboxes unless a legal hold applies. Engagement files, including inventories and briefs, are kept for seven years after the final invoice, which covers ordinary accounting and a reasonable period for a later dispute about the brief. Interview notes that contain only personal asides unrelated to the measurement work are stripped sooner where we can do so without emptying the file.

Who we share with

We do not sell lists. We share what we must with an accountant, a lawyer, or a host that stores mail or files, each bound to keep it close. If you invite a colleague to a session, they will see what is said in the room. We do not send your event inventory to an analytics vendor unless you ask us to join a call with that vendor.

International transfers

Our room is in Penang. Email and file hosts may store copies outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we use suppliers that offer a written confidentiality term and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. You may ask where a particular file currently sits.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and, in cases the law allows, ask us to delete it or restrict it. You may object to our using a legitimate-interest basis. These rights may yield where we must keep accounting records or defend a claim. Write to info@platform-pulsehub.digital. We aim to answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.

Children

This site is written for working product and analytics teams. We do not seek information from children.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects how we handle existing files, we will date the new version here and, for people in an active engagement, mention it in the next working mail.
