Cutover Continuity Review
A timed check in the weeks around freeze: whether the destination build actually emits the events the baseline named, and which charts will need a footnote on the week you switch stores.
How this sits next to the baseline
Use this when freeze is close and you already know — from a baseline we wrote, or from your own inventory — which events the destination build must emit. We check a late candidate build, compare it with that list, and write the footnotes the Monday pack will need on the week of the store switch.
It is not a second inventory of the legacy app. If that inventory does not exist, start with the pre-migration baseline instead, or say so in your note and we will tell you whether a compressed review is still honest.
Duration. Usually seven to ten working days, timed to your freeze.
Fees. Fixed fee when a baseline from this practice already exists; otherwise quoted with extra inventory time.
