A facilitated half-day with product, engineering, and whoever currently owns the weekly numbers, used to agree what must be instrumented before freeze rather than to present a slide deck.
How this sits next to the baseline
A working session is for the week when product, engineering, and the person who owns the weekly numbers need the same definition of a returning user, a session, and a completed order. We facilitate; we do not present a vendor tour.
You leave with a one-page note the next day: decisions taken, open questions with names next to them, and the tickets that must exist before freeze. If the group has never inventoried screens, we will spend part of the session doing that rather than pretending the list already exists.
Duration. Half a day on-site or three hours on a call, plus a one-page note the following day.
Fees. Priced per session. Travel within Penang is included; Klang Valley and further afield is quoted with travel.
